SPECIALTIES IN DESIGN
Eliza's specialties in design are identity design, typography, UX/UI design, and photography.
FAVORITE ARTISTS/DESIGNERS
Some of her favorite artists are Jessica Hische, Lauren Hom, and Stefan Sagmeister. She enjoys how all three of these designers continuously push the boundaries of what graphic design is and how it can appear in a variety of forms.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Eliza would love to be able to work at a design studio in Europe. She would like to have more of a focus on UX UI Design in the future as well.
FUN FACTS
Eliza currently owns over 30 plants, and she loves trying new and strange foods.

Some fun facts about JC are that she's a black belt in Judo and she walks everywhere because she hates to drive.

Her favorite place in Muncie is Yummy Grill and Buffet because they have the best Chinese food.

JC chose design because she has always loved art and creating so she wanted to find a career where she could do both.

Anika loves to travel and explore new places. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
WHY DESIGN?
Anika likes making things that have a purpose. Seeing her designs in use is one of the most fulfilling things.

Lydia hopes to illustrate for packaging and web design, create visual identities for musicians, and eventually publish her own book of art and writing.

Rhianna would love to be able to work within the music industry designing digital media for different types of artists as well as hopefully owning her own design or photography studio someday

Rhianna loves to spend time with her family, swim in the pool, go to the park with her dog, and watch The Office (obviously!)

Even though cats are her favorite, she is extremely allergic to them (she can't even be in the same room as one). Grace also loves all kinds of tea.
WHY DESIGN?
Grace chose design because she enjoys the process of finding a creative solution to a problem. It's also a way to combine her love of art and problem-solving.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Her aspirations are working for a graphic design firm and maybe even starting her own firm one day.

Her favorite artists and designers are Art Chantry, the Stenberg Brothers, Saul Bass, Milton Glaser and Yayoi Kusama.

Molly used to be in color guard and still has a passion for music and dance. She is also aiming to learn bass guitar this year.
FAVORITE PLACE IN MUNCIE
She really enjoys lattes at the Caffeinery in Downtown Muncie.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Molly would love to work with spread design someday. Otherwise, branding and other print design would be the goal.

Molly loves to thrift, sew, and create clothing. She also likes to read, watch movies, and be with her friends and family too.
Aaron Franklin

FUN FACTS
Aaron grew up in Italy and speaks a good amount of Italian. He plays 4 instruments, made cheese from scratch before, and had a pet turkey who was intelligent enough to teach tricks to.
WHY DESIGN?
Aaron started taking art seriously as a hobby in middle school, inspired mostly by books. What started as doodling on his homework quickly evolved into a possible career choice. Aaron chose design over other fine arts because of its adaptability. He is drawn to every medium and tool, and loves trying new things.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Aaron aspires to design for other types of artists, creating things like book covers, album covers, posters, etc. to promote other forms of creativity and personal expression.
FREE TIME ACTIVITIES
In his free time he likes to rollerblade, spend time outdoors walking/hiking, listen to music or play instruments, and spend time with his pets. He also likes puzzles, making miniatures, and arts and crafts.
Fletche Spence

FUN FACTS
Although most of his time is spent creating art, Fletcher has loved playing music ever since middle school. He started out on the trombone, but now he mostly plays the drums. He also loves practicing with his band "The Shipp of Fools" and performing at shows whenever he goes home for breaks.
FAVORITE PLACE IN MUNCIE
Fletcher's favorite part of Muncie is where he spends most of his time, which is Ball State's campus itself. Other than that, the Aw Yeah Comics shop is an awesome place to browse. And on some weekends The Chug and Brothers can be really fun.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Fletcher would like to go into the entertainment industry and work in movies, television, or video games.
SPECIALTIES IN DESIGN
He specializes in mostly anything regarding animation, including motion graphics, 2D, and 3D animation. He mainly uses Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Autodesk Maya.
Olivia McCauley

Olivia has been a Christian since 2015 and taught herself how to play the violin.

ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Olivia's aspirations in design are to serve in the kingdom from home as a homemaker while being able to design bible study tools for personal study and to help create material for teaching children's bible classes.

Olivia's favorite watercolor artist is Polina Bright and her favorite designers are Coco Chanel and if she's being honest, Vogue.

FUN FACTS
Caitlyn played soccer for 13 years and now cycles and weight lifts. She also broke her arm a couple of weeks before kindergarten and had to show up on the first day with her arm in a cast.
ASPIRATIONS IN DESIGN
Caitlyn aspires to become a part of a design firm that allows her to work on a variety of different projects from identity, logo, editorial, and product design.
WHY DESIGN?
She has always had a love for art, but could never find one way to channel it. She chose design as her future in art due to the push and encouragement of her high school design teacher.
